Membership: 2012 Rates

1. For the before January 1st rates, membership must be PAID IN FULL.
2. Memberships may be paid as follows:
   1/3 – April 1st     1/3 – May 1st    1/3 – June 1st
3. Cart Storage is $300.00 DUE BY April 1st, fees are not refundable.  Lending is NOT permitted.  Current insurance certificate is required and cart ownership may NOT be assigned.
4. A drawing for a FREE membership is held the first week of JUNE for all those who are PAID IN FULL.
   
5. Please make all checks payable to ELM TREE GOLF COURSE.

Couple – $625.00 / $700.00

M/F – Single – $450.00 / $500.00

Junior (19 or under) – $225.00 / $250.00

Locker – $30.00

Cart Space – $300.00

Associate – $50.00

Cart Seat – $600.00 / $650.00

Full Associate (1/2 green fees) - $200.00 / $250.00
